Satisfied Subaru Owner Walked into Premier Subaru after leaving a Toyota dealership. The Premier lot is small and crowded and the parking is horrible. They are moving to a bigger lot so really that doesn't matter. Also salesman Kevon Morin was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and communicated with me without applying pressure. And he put me in a vehicle that met all of my wants. Buying a car should be fun and Kevon's enthusiasm and attitude encouraged this feeling. Again I never felt pressured or like I was prey for predatory commission driven predators. The whole experience was stress free. I would highly recommend Kevon and Premier, and I would highly recommend buying a Subaru. On another note; There was some small body damage to the driver side door that Kevon and Premier agreed to fix for me as part of me buying my Crosstrek. They set up a courtesy vehicle to use while they were repairing my car. I find it abhorrent that I have to drive a mobile billboard for Premier while my vehicle is being fixed. There are giant colorful "Premier" stickers on either side of this vehicle, plus a huge sticker on the back window. Come on guys, my Crosstrek isn't a cheap, tacky advertisement for your dealership (I'll keep the "Premier" license plate holder, and the small sticker on the back is standard) , so the replacement vehicle shouldn't be. That being said, its a small price to pay for being satisfied with the vehicle I'll be driving for the next 5 years. More

"It Doesn't Get Any Better than Premier Subaru" When I recently stopped at Premier Subaru to look at some cars, my salesperson Nadine and I were total strangers, as was the rest of the staff; yet, w When I recently stopped at Premier Subaru to look at some cars, my salesperson Nadine and I were total strangers, as was the rest of the staff; yet, when I picked up my new Crosstrek two days later, it felt like we were all old friends, and from my point of view as a happy customer, it doesn't get any better than that. Nadine, Dave, Rodney, Will, Shaun, and every other staff member that I came in contact with, were very friendly and they treated me with the upmost respect and courtesy while showing genuine concern about my total satisfaction with the car and with the dealership. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer who is quite happy to be part of the Premier Subaru Family. :) More
