After much research and comparison shopping of dealerships, and considering reviews and Consumer Reports, I decided on Premier Subaru in Branford and a 2017 Legacy. My sister and daughter both own a Subaru (Imprezza and Forrester respectively) and they love them, but Ted made my decision so easy. He was very courteous and professional as he patiently explained the features of the Legacy to my sister and then again to my husband. The process was seamless. Ted was more than accommodating when we had to change our meeting schedule and he made sure that we were comfortable in the car, and knew everything about it before we left the lot. We could not have had a better experience with our trade-in. This task was treated with respect which was really appreciated as I do tend to form attachments to my vehicles. I plan to own this Legacy for a long time. Thank you so much Ted for making this a happy experience. My best regards! More

I do, however, still get stressed anytime I have to renew my lease. My sales person this time was Luke Pannone. Right from the start he was very friendly and accommodating. He put me at ease and took the time to explain everything to me. He didn't rush me through the process and was very patient, especially when it took me forever to decide what color I wanted. When I picked up my car he, again, took the time to explain all the new features to me. I would recommend Premier Subaru to all my friends and I would especially tell then to ask for Luke Pannone because I know he'll treat them right and make their experience a good one. More
Not Your Traditional Dealer Experience I went into Premier with high expectations as it was. My mother and step-father have been long-time customers of Premier, having bought their last two I went into Premier with high expectations as it was. My mother and step-father have been long-time customers of Premier, having bought their last two Subarus each from Premier and had all their service done there. But I was not there for their buying experience, and so went in with a bunch of preconceptions based on other hazy dealers I've been to in the past. Including one who tried to bait and switch me on a used car years ago. But this one just blew me out of the water. My mother and step father before me highly recommended Premier, and now I know why. We were greeted right when we stepped inside and offered a chance to sit down with a rep to go over what my needs were in a car. I came with the intention of looking at stock, pricing out some late-model used cars, and sleeping on it.. I walked out the door about two hours later with a down payment on a new car. And Jason was there every step of the way from interview, to test drive, and paperwork. My fiance and I were just floored someone of this caliber worked as a dealer rep. He was funny, loves sharing stories just as much as I do, and most importantly made us feel at home rather than talking a business transaction. I work as a manager in aviation. I know what customer service is. And we constantly butted shoulders trying to "one up" the other in that department. Jason certainly gets full marks in my book for refusing to allow my stubborn do-it-yourself attitude get in the way of what was an excellent customer experience. Zero pressure, great technical knowledge, and a clear passion for the product he was selling. My fiance loved him so much we were back less than a week later to get her into a car of her own. We took delivery of our cars on the same day, and from start to finish, Jason laid out the paperwork logically and explained it all to us. There were few opportunities to ask questions because we had none. Pickup took less than an hour each, and we couldn't be happier with our Subarus: my second, and my fiance's first! We're definitely going back. For sales, for service, for everything our Subarus need. More

When we started our search to replace a still nice Subaru 2005 Impreza we met Lucas Pannone at Premier Subaru Branford, CT. Lucas helped us understand and decide on the model and features we wanted in a brand new Subaru. We thought about the choices and decided exactly what colors and options we would like. Lucas and Premier hunted down this exact dream which was a new arrival at the port. They then arranged to divert our new SUV from the intended dealer destination to their location in Branford. Adam Arsenault completed the final paperwork. He explained everything without being pushy and made the transaction painless. Couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase and in the unlikely case of a problem we already know the service department at Premier is second to none. More
