Very excited to have my very first Subaru. A Premium Crosstrek. Dmitriy was very pleasant, knowledgeable & professional, to consult with. He’s a spunky child with soulful eyes, heart of gold and eyes just for me. My poor folks get embarrassed he’s not as keen and calm natured with them 😂 Premier Subaru welcomed us all graciously. Papers were signed. And I managed to gleefully drive home with new technology in a snazzy new vehicle. I even used my sport button. I’m a pretty easy going driver. I truly can't say enough good things about this dealership. I worked with PHIL SIMONE, and I feel so fortunate to have landed him as my salesperson. I was originally in the market for a Forester dealership. I worked with PHIL SIMONE, and I feel so fortunate to have landed him as my salesperson. I was originally in the market for a Forester Limited or Touring, and Phil patiently walked me through the options, without a hint of aggressive sales tactics (which I loathe; I'm capable of doing my own research without being pressured into something I don't want). As I walked around the dealership, a Legacy Touring XT caught my eye, and despite some not-so-subtle hints from my wife that it wouldn't be big enough for our purposes, I moved ahead with purchasing the Legacy, going so far as to put down a deposit. Phil worked WITH me, not against me, to secure a highly reasonable price; it felt like he was personally invested in what was best for me, and not landing a sale. This was further demonstrated by the price the dealership offered for my trade-in vehicle; I told Phil what I had been quoted by Carvana, and even after that, he came back with a higher price. I would've expected a salesperson to take advantage of the lower price, but credit to Phil and management, they held at the higher price. Fast forward two days, a couple long talks with my wife, and I realized the folly of my ways. I decided a bigger car would be more practical. There was a new Outback Limited XT on the website which seemed like it fit the bill, so I contacted Phil, and without any hesitation he helped me proceed with getting the Outback instead of the Legacy. No issue, no hassle. I went in to pick up the Outback today, and as soon as I walked through the doors, Phil greeted me with a smile and handshake. The process to sign all the trade-in and new car paperwork was seamless. JUAN PEGUERO in Finance took his time going through all the warranty and add-on options with me, again without pressuring me into going one way or another. He was just as pleasant and easygoing as Phil. Ultimately, I'm walking away a completely satisfied, lifelong customer. I've never had a smoother, more satisfying experience at a car dealership. I felt like Phil, Juan, Rick, and everyone else I interacted with genuinely cared about me, which to me is the gold standard for customer service. THANK YOU!! Lastly, please give Phil a raise. The man has 7 kids and 3 grandkids; that's A LOT of birthday and holiday presents. But more importantly, he's a consummate salesperson, and even more importantly, all-around good person. He's the kind of person any business should want to hold onto because he is such a tremendous asset. Give Juan a raise while you're at it. Thank you both! More
