Herman Winston was the sales person, he was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and very honest. He explained how everything worked, and allowed me to drive at my leasure. He was patient and did not rush me into making a decision. He was not pushy like some other car sales reps I dealt with in the past. It was a first for me! He made sure I was completely comfortable and happy with everything moving foward. The car needed a new bearing for a rear wheel. One was replaced but there was still a sound coming from the rear so Herman had the mechanics change the other bearing on opposite side to make sure the car was ready for me. He went above expectations to do right by me. I highly recommend this dealership. I had a wonderful experience and got to drive home and amazing car. More

Great Experience!!! I've heard great things about Premier Subaru for awhile, so when I was ready to buy my own Subaru Outback, I headed there. Valentina was friendly and helpful and showed me cars in my budget range (other dealers I visited in the past tried to talk me into cars I couldn't afford and/or didn't want). She was Very Knowledgeable and showed me all of the features of the various cars. She did not pressure me at all! Once I made my selection she was super efficient and helped make buying a car super easy and fun! Here's the email I had to send her: Valentina, I am SO excited about my beautiful new Subaru Outback!!! My quality of life has skyrocketed! Driving is Fun now!
