Upon arrival my shopping buddies and I were greeted kindly by Helena, she immediately made me feel comfortable about not knowing exactly what I wanted, not knowing much about the cars available, and not knowing the extensiveness of what goes into buying a new car. I had visited another Subaru dealer earlier that day and they didn't have many cars available, at Premier Subaru I had many options to look at and if a car wasn't available Helena was able to give details as to which model would be coming in and what date it would be there. All of the employees seemed engaged and happy to be working both times I visited. In the end it was Helena's energy and precision that gave me a well needed push to not settle for anything less than what I wanted; a brand new 2016 Forester and no cosigner! More

Excellent and Pressure free buying experience Went to Premier Subaru on Black Friday to see what type of used Legacy Inventory they had on site. Found a 2015 Subaru Legacy in Excellent condition. Went into the show room where I was greeted by Adam Arsenault. We spoke about a couple of different Legacies that were in the parking lot and went on a test drive. Adam was very knowledgeable about the Legacy and didn't put a lot of pressure on myself and fiancé about purchasing the car. When we returned to the dealership, Adam gave us a time alone in the car to discuss. Adam and the Premier staff made purchasing the car very easy. They offered a more than fair value for my trade in and offered a great financing rate for the car. Rob made finalizing the purchase a breeze. We went through all the numbers to make sure there weren't any mistakes. Once the purchase was finalized, Adam took us through all the different features of the car and how to properly use them. A great car buying experience and I would definitely recommend going to Premier Subaru. More

Four and a half stars! If I was able to choose four and a half stars I would. My new fully loaded Subaru Legacy is a great car. I love all the features that my Chevy Malibu If I was able to choose four and a half stars I would. My new fully loaded Subaru Legacy is a great car. I love all the features that my Chevy Malibu didn't have and it's fun to drive. The one problem I had was that my brand new $32,000 car had "swirls" in the top coat from a car wash or a dirty rag that someone used to wipe it down. That was very disappointing but Jason did try hard to make me happy with it. The dealership brought it to a body shop and they did a very good job of making the swirls much less noticeable. Jason also took a lot of time to explain all the features of the car at the time of delivery. I didn't feel at all rushed. I would definitely recommend Jason as your sales person. My husband also bought a new Subaru Forester in the spring and was very happy with his experience with Mounir. More
