Rich is an incredible manager and I am totally confident walking in the door that he will make sure that my needs are cared for. His experience is unparalleled. Herman spent ample time with me ensuring that I understood each available feature so that I was able to decide what to choose for my new Crosstrek. I have a strict budget and I was able to get everything that I need at the price I could afford to pay! There is one more important thing to mention. This was my first experience buying a car and after going to many Subaru dealerships around Connecticut I found the best deal and a great sale person who walked me through the process of financing and overall put my mind at ease. I picked up my new Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid yesterday and I am thrilled with my purchase. The test drive was incredible, we drove down to the thimble islands down narrow, windy roads and made it just in time to watch an amazing sunset. I was sold! Jeff I made the financing/purchasing process very easy for me to understand. You hear horror stories about getting tricked into bizarre warranties- that did not happen at Branford Premier Subaru- there was no trickery. Jeff helped me understand what each warranty meant without pressuring me at all, and said I could add them at anytime, which gave me some time to consult the experts before purchasing the extended warranty. The warranties presently being offered by Subaru are quite good, and now that I've had time to think about it I'm going back to add the extended warranty- no brainer. No hard, pushy salesmen here. On the test drive, we took windy roads so I was able to experience the handling Subaru is known for and was impressed by the smooth power delivery from the 4-cylinder engine. The whole process was fast, easy and professional, from beginning to end. More
