I traded in my 2012 Forester for a 2014 Outback (my husband is 6'5" and needed a larger car; in fact, I just searched for and found my review posted on 3/1/2013 indicating I'd be back for an Outback, lol), and my experience was as pleasant and enjoyable the second time around as it was the first, if not more! I began my adventure online with the help of Rita, both times! Scott sold me my Forester, and now is in Service. John was my salesman when buying the Outback, and he kept me apprised and informed almost every step of the way. My every question and/or concern was answered, and whatever needed attention or following up was done to my complete satisfaction. I also had the pleasure of meeting Bob Alvine, the president, and even spoke with him several times as well. I don't recall ever having met the owner of a dealership before; but Bob was a familiar face by the time I drove off of the lot. That says a lot. Having bought two cars now from Premier, and servicing them at Premier's Branford and Watertown locations, I can say with 1,000% certainty that Premier is a cut above the rest. The vehicle speaks for itself, it's a Subaru; the friendly, professional and accommodating employees of this dealership are what bring me back. As long as I live in Connecticut, with Connecticut's snowy winters, I will own a Subaru. And I will go only to Premier to buy and maintain it. More

We expected to shop around for a bit but saw no point, it was a great deal and the people at the dealership were really kind and a pleasure to work with. We picked up our car on Saturday afternoon and are thrilled! I have to say, it was the best vehicle purchasing experience for both of us. Tony was great and relaxed and really listened to what we were looking for in a car. The gentleman who did our finance paper work on Saturday was also just the nicest guy! (sorry, can't remember his name, I know he was new....I think either Joe or Jay......) It was a very nice experience and I did not have one hesitation during the entire process.
