On a Wednesday, I stopped in with my son to look at & test drive an Outback Wilderness Subaru. I was asked if I had an appointment. I did not. 5 seconds later a sales person was found that was not with a test drive an Outback Wilderness Subaru. I was asked if I had an appointment. I did not. 5 seconds later a sales person was found that was not with a customer to help us. Jake was welcoming, asked questions and got me behind the wheel of the Subaru I was looking at for a test drive. Jake explained the car, features & warranty. We talked prices. Came back Saturday with my husband and by Monday, we were sitting down with Juan to sign the paperwork. We are the proud owners of a new 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness in less than a week. More

Premier Subaru is truly World Class! Why do I make this broad statement. Could it be the amazing Facility that has antique cars that suspend from a raised platform in the main Lobby? Could it be the Car Service area which can be viewed through the glass wall for Customers to watch mechanics maintain their vehicles while they sat in a pristine waiting area? Could it be the fact the Facility is amazing in its cleanliness & attention to detail in every facet of this organization? Could it be the Salesperson Taylor Frawley an exemplary Customer Service employee who not only worked with me to select a new car that met my needs & ensured I understood fully the workings of my new Subaru Forester? Beware of large markups on parts prices above MSRP and deceptive invoice statements listing retail prices that are not the actual MSRP, but the inflated price. I recently had the strut and mount repla deceptive invoice statements listing retail prices that are not the actual MSRP, but the inflated price. I recently had the strut and mount replaced on my 2018 WRX at Premier Subaru in Branford. When I received the invoice, I looked on Premiers parts website to understand what exactly was being replaced. I was shocked to see that the prices Premier charged me for the two parts was 32% and 54% higher than MSRP, and 83% and 89% higher than Premier charges to purchase online and pickup in the service department mere feet away from where I stood. Despite these drastic markups the invoice which lists the retail and actual price listed the inflated price for both retail and actual, deceiving the customer into thinking they are paying Subaru’s MSRP. When I questioned this Premier Subaru did not have a rationale for the practice and without explanation gave me a $147 discount, which was less than half the markup above MSRP. More
