We don't believe that this is a fair review at all - especially given the correspondence in advance of your visit and your acknowledgement of your receipt of the same. Without question, when you made your first inquiry, our customer service representative provided you an incorrect quote - as the quote was made for a vehicle of a different model code. That was on April 1, 2021. On April 2, 2021, you sent a second email to our company and the same representative advised you that the original quote was based on the incorrect model code. She provided you with an accurate quote on the vehicle in which you were interested in. The quote and corrected information was returned - by you - with an email that stated "Thanks. Was hoping it would be 2021". Our customer service representative replied "Thanks. We will see you tomorrow". You maintained your appointment for Saturday, April 3, 2021. While we try exceptionally hard to ensure that our information is completely accurate, our employee advised you that the original quote was based on the wrong model code and provided you with a revised quotation on the model code that you sought to purchase. She apologized for it and you acknowledged receiving it. Our company is completely upfront - which, is why you were told of the error and the corrected information was sent to you. We would hope that you would understand that, with more than 300 model codes, a mistake can occur. We try our best to ensure that they don't - but, when they do - we acknowledge them and immediately correct them. Good luck in your vehicle search.

This is false information. We had two separate email threads with 2 separate cars we were planning to see. The first one being the VIN in question, 2021 Outback with beige interior, was quoted to us at 28k. Then on a separate inquiry, we asked about a 2021 Outback with black interior. This is when Cailin sent us a 2020 on accident, but then corrected with a 2021. The fact that your sales team did not even offer an alternative after sending a quote you will not honor is astounding. You could’ve said “look we messed up, but let’s get you that price for a 2020 model” or “let’s meet somewhere in the middle”. It’s a dishonorable way of conducting business and making up a story to cover yourself only makes it worse.

We have records of all email threads - and, keep track of all of our client communication. We provided you with the best quote on the car of your choice and, it seems rather unfair to believe that a large adjustment - beyond the discounted price already provided - would be made for a simple clerical error that was corrected.
