She listen’s to you about what’s happening to your car and service that needs to be done. She goes above and beyond to make sure your car is taken care of. We reached out for a quote on a specific VIN (2021 Outback) and were given a fair estimate. On the quote, it clearly states they’ll honor the price for 72 hours so we made an appointment to come in. After test driving and talking for 2+ hours, we got into numbers. They refused to honor the quote we were given, saying they had a “backend error” and came back with a price over 30% more. Not sure if they were attempting a bait and switch or it’s just poor customer service, but we heard one of the salesmen scoff when our agent (Dimitri) inquired about getting closer to the original quote. After being toured around the “state-of-the-art” dealership, it’s sad to see such a significant discrepancy between the quote we received online and the quote we received in person. “Every time time you interact with a member of the Premier family we promise it will be simple, upfront, and guaranteed” (except the quotes we personally tailor and email to you). As this was my first time buying a car (even though my parents were with me), I wasn't sure what to expect and was quite nervous.
