In beginning of June my son’s ( stationed in Okinawa Japan) car needed a New York inspection. And I’m located in South Jersey. I noticed that the exhaust sounds a little bit louder than normal. Came up with Prestige Subaru in Turnersville. Called service for an oil change. Had the pleasure of having Angelina help me. I explained exactly what was going on with the car and that I needed an oil change. Appointment available following day. All said and done it was an exhaust manifold crack . By time oil change completed Angelina already had all the information I was in need of for the fix. It’s a known issue with Subaru. But it’s wasn’t a recall, Subaru just issued a customer awareness advisory. So my son emailed Subaru of America and lo and behold they offered to pay half of the repair. Angelina got everything set up and before I know it the car was being serviced. Working with Subaru of America for payment. I could not ask for a better experience and customer service provided by Angelina Pino. She was phenomenal very professional and full of knowledge. If you are in need of services in the service department ask for Angelina she will NOT stear you wrong and the fix will be very satisfactory. Thank you Angelina and Prestige Subaru for your service.
