Every aspect of the experience went smoothly. The salesman, John Belliveau went above and beyond. He even came in on his day off when I came n to pick up my car to make sure all the paperwork was complete. Overall everyone at Prestige was friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their product. I found my experience with Prestige to be superior to my previous experience with Cherry Hill Subaru. This is our third Subaru and when we buy our next one we will definitely be back at Prestige. Too Easy to Buy a Car I went into the dealership just to start shopping for a car with no real intention to buy for another few months. I knew the features I wanted but I n I went into the dealership just to start shopping for a car with no real intention to buy for another few months. I knew the features I wanted but I needed to know the differences between the Impreza and Crosstrek. Antonio was great at explaining the features of each vehicle and all the different models offered. He was able to quickly find exactly what I wanted and in the price range I was looking. Best of all there was no haggling needed, I had compared pricing before going in and his offer was right on par with what I had been researching. He made it way too easy to leave with a car! Also, once you buy a car they had Camille explain to me how to use all the new features. Great customer service! More

Mary answered all of my questions every step of the way. She took the time to make sure the experience would be a positive one for me. Mary's commitment to service continued even after I had the vehicle. She expressed to me she would be available for questions/problems at any time (including her off days). What a difference a keychain made! During a recent snowstorm I was on a state highway and due to the darkness, I did not see a major pothole. After hitting it and thinking this was not good, the dashboard signal alerted me that I had an airpressure loss. At this point I could feel the car pulling to one side - the tire was damaged beyond repair. I was able to get off to the shoulder and my first thought was the keychain Antonio Guzman had given me when I leased my Subaru. Sure enough, there was the "800" roadside assistance number at my finger tips. I placed a call and I received such great customer service even on a snowy night when calls must have been numerous. I can't thank Antonio enough for having given me that key chain... it made all the difference in a situation when timing was crucial. Even a year into my lease, Antonio's customer service efforts are still coming my way... thank you Antonio! More
