Worst experience with a delaership I've ever had No complaints about the car but the lack of communication to get the car registered (we are not in NJ) and out right lying that they were waiting to No complaints about the car but the lack of communication to get the car registered (we are not in NJ) and out right lying that they were waiting to hear back from us while the temp tags expired are beyond words. We ended up having to register the car ourselves and there has been no response from Matt Haiken to my question (asked over a week ago) asking what exactly their "dealer fees" entailed other than cashing our check since they did nothing more than that. Those that have had good experiences consider yourself lucky that nothing went wrong. Had they done ANYTHING to try and make the wrong right we would have still considered future purchases but they don't even respond to emails or phone calls. More

Ronnie Landstrom helped us throughout the process, and was very knowledgeable, and at no point along the way was there any element of pressure. He helped us find the car we were looking for, was there with us throughout the entire process, and stayed beyond closing time to explain the various features of the car systems. I’d test driven the xc90 a couple of months ago, and Vinny helped us then. Jake was around at the close of the deal, and explained all the details patiently. In addition, everyone was very patient with our ever-impatient toddler! The dealership itself is very clean and pleasant. Whilst the car was being prepared, I relaxed and watched the Sweden-Germany screen in their waiting area. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
