Every time i go to Pride Hyundai, I am treated with respect and fully informed of everything that is going on. I have never experienced a "pushy" pitch yet. i am shocked at how much a new FOB costs tho respect and fully informed of everything that is going on. Everything seemed great during the phone call to schedule the appointment. However they did not keep their word, scammed my mother-in-law out of money she didn't have any completely changed my opinion of th the appointment. I was in for a recall and the service was quick & efficient. The person at the service desk was polite & professional. Had a great experience at Pride. When I called the dealer that sold me my Hyundai, they could not get me an appt for months and suggested I call other dealers. When I called Pride, I When I called the dealer that sold me my Hyundai, they could not get me an appt for months and suggested I call other dealers. When I called Pride, I spoke with 4 people, all very friendly, and they were able to see my car the next day. Pride diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix that day. (The issue had been going on for a few months and I had taken the car to 2 other garages and also discussed the issue with my dealer; issue was now dire as there was a leak). So far, the issue is resolved. Hoping that is the case, it’s only been a few days. A bit disturbed that 3 different garages told me 3 different things, but am thrilled the car seems to be running well. Pride also provided a ride home so I did not have to wait at the dealership all day. More

Went in for recommended scheduled service, and had no issues or problems. I've been used to waiting 2 hours for the service at other dealers, but they had me in and out in 1 hour.
