I have a defective auxiliary battery. Have had to call AAA multiples due to stalled vehicle. I’ve been waiting for almost three months for a new battery and have been told it’s on back or Have had to call AAA multiples due to stalled vehicle. I’ve been waiting for almost three months for a new battery and have been told it’s on back order. It’s extremely frustrating that the dealership cannot obtain essential parts for my vehicle. What is even more disappointing is that the service advisor neglected to give me tips on how to prevent a dead battery in the future. It wasn’t until I got Sean Kim on the phone in late August that I received suggestions on how to keep my car running until the new battery arrives. Thank you, Sean, but overall, very poor service! More
