Hyundai does not keep their contracted complimentary maintenance of 3 years or up to 36,000 miles. You only get 4 complimentary maintenances. Your car system will notify you when to take it in for maint maintenance of 3 years or up to 36,000 miles. You only get 4 complimentary maintenances. Your car system will notify you when to take it in for maintenance and it will notify you at least 4 times before the 3 year/36,000 miles. So when you take your car in for the 5th time BEFORE the 3 year / 36,000 miles is up, you will have to PAY OUT OF POCKET. More

Horrible service and fraudulent sales. I was given documents and told I was buying a certified vehicle. The car was supposed to get delivered and within minutes after I left the dealer, I I was given documents and told I was buying a certified vehicle. The car was supposed to get delivered and within minutes after I left the dealer, I get a call indicating that the tires were bald and the car wasn’t going to get delivered. Two days later I was contacted and informed that they still needed to complete the 173 point inspection. I don’t understand how they sold me a certified vehicle without it being inspected. More
