The lack of communication is astounding. I was told that I would be contacted about the state of my repair. After two weeks of silence, I tried to call my rep and was pushed over to his voic I was told that I would be contacted about the state of my repair. After two weeks of silence, I tried to call my rep and was pushed over to his voicemail. In fact, I can’t remember him every answering the phone when I called in. It was always a callback. It took me showing up at the dealership and expressing my level of frustration at a lack of progress reports to actually get consistent calls about a repair timeline. Now that I have my F150 back, it’s still not working right. All of the 12v ports are dead and the Auto stop/start feature no longer works. I’ve got no choice except to bring the truck back to get these features fixed, as they worked perfectly before bringing the truck in for repair. Oh, and someone who drove my truck left an open, partially drank red bull in my vehicle. Not what I was expecting. More

Each car had numerous scratches, dents and missing molding on one of the vehicles.
