What I would like to change is to open the window in the waiting area so that I can see my car when worked on. When it was open in the past, I felt a sense of security I am sure in the past there was a complaint about something or other about the window, but I think the good out ways the bad in this situation. Service was okay, Mr. Jay didn't seem to be concern about my vehicle active recall and told me that the recall part was sent back due to being in the dealership for too long. I told him I never got a call or my vehicle active recall and told me that the recall part was sent back due to being in the dealership for too long. I told him I never got a call or letter telling me that the part has arrived and was told that he will call me when the recall part arrived. So far, I still haven't received any calls from the dealership. I dont think Hyundai is taking the safety recall seriously since it's been couple months since I first became aware of the recall issue. More
