Horrible. So he transferred me back to someone else to schedule an appointment I scheduled my service for 11/19. Arranged for a babysitter and made time to take the car only for them to take the car in and try to start and then after the fact of taking it back tell me that I don’t have free services. I immediately told them no after telling them what happened and asked for my car back but they said it was being updated and had to wait. They wasted my time, felt like they just tried to get me in there to try and make me get a service there. My uncle worked corporate for Hyundai and we went to that dealership specifically to get my car there, but I told him my experience and will now go to another Hyundai he recommended with trustworthy people.
