Service is decent, waiting time is not, I was told that my oil change will last an hour and 40 minutes, so I decided to wait at the nice waiting room, but it took 3 hours, that’s a lot of time to spend jus my oil change will last an hour and 40 minutes, so I decided to wait at the nice waiting room, but it took 3 hours, that’s a lot of time to spend just waiting there, and the agent didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. How do you rate a dealer that is always under performing in customer service. If your paying for service they welcome with open arms as soon as its a warranty concern they make so many excuses not to perfo in customer service. Unfortunately I had to wait 3 hours for my car maintenance. I realize that the lunch break was affected but also was informed that mechanics all took lunch at the same time adding an additional h maintenance.
