Our Service Advisor Javer did a fantastic job keeping up informed on the status of our repair. The issue was complicated (Hybrid system electrical issues), so it take over 2 months to get root cause identif informed on the status of our repair. Javer did provide us with a loaner vehicle during that time, and that gesture was greatly appreciated. More

My worst experience at the customer service. I will not go there any more. I am leasing a car from there and extended for 6 months and I am going to buy a new car but not there!!!
