The service experience has been quite poor. I bought a brand new car just last month, and due to issues with wrinkled seats and a detached glass door seal, I've already been to the service depa I bought a brand new car just last month, and due to issues with wrinkled seats and a detached glass door seal, I've already been to the service department three times. The first time, they inspected the car and told me I had to wait for the parts to be ordered. The second time, the parts had arrived, so I brought the car in for repairs. After a whole day, I was told that the technician didn’t have time to work on my car (by the way, I had dropped off the car at 8:30 in the morning). The third time was even more frustrating. They told me the wrinkled seat had been fixed, but they couldn’t repair the glass door seal because the part ordered was incorrect. I was told I’d have to wait for the correct part to arrive and that they would contact me to come in again once it did. It’s now been almost two weeks with no updates whatsoever. The whole experience has been extremely disappointing. More

I’m very disappointed with my Hyundai service department when I call for appointment I never get a call back. I been going through this constantly. And if I do call to make appointment for any Oil change it when I call for appointment I never get a call back. I been going through this constantly.
