Took my 2020 Navigator here for work that was done by Ted Britt Lincoln and wasn’t done right. Ted Britt redid the work 4 times and couldn’t get it right. Our is Ford was able to complete the removal and rei Britt Lincoln and wasn’t done right. Ted Britt redid the work 4 times and couldn’t get it right. The only bad thing I can say is we dident receive a recall notice but it happens I’m not mad. Accidents happen but everyone was so friendly and made it is was fixed the right way and returned to me in recall notice but it happens I’m not mad.
