All Around Satisfaction Wanted to support a local business but also a dealership that wasn't pushy in any way. Came in originally in September 2018 to see what was available and to test drive a vehicle, but said we weren't going to be serious until after the 1st of the year. Despite this, we were treated with as much time we wanted to have the features of the models explained. It was as if Jason Jarkes was just letting the quality and product of a Subaru speak for itself without any hard sales pitch. At no time were there follow up phone calls or e-mails from him. In January we were serious about purchasing a car, and we made an appointment to see Jason. He had to call us twice to reschedule the appointments due to illness and offered to have us meet with another salesperson. But we said no because of the previous good experience we had with him. Long story short, we are the proud owners of a 2019 Forester. We picked the car up today (01/22/2019). We were with both Ed Chen and Jason for 3 hours where they patiently explained all aspects of the sale and operation of the car with great patience and personal warmth. We would certainly look into buying another Subaru from them in the future for another replacement car. More

Jason is the best I was in a very tough situation, after my car had been totaled. And then once we decided on the car he helped me through every step of the process. I want to stress again how Jason was never pushy, and never tried to sell me something that I was not looking for, and honestly that was the best part of this entire experience. This is my 2nd car from this dealership, and my first one from Jason. I would go back again to him anytime. More

No pressure, great experience! Nick was fantastic. He made sure I loved the car before continuing with the purchase. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase addition services, but Nick was fantastic. He made sure I loved the car before continuing with the purchase. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase addition services, but Nick explained the pros, cons, and additional monthly cost for them (the glass coating, more yearly miles, etc.) so I understood all of the choices I had. We use a small insurance company so we were unable to get our insurance card over the weekend when we visited, but Nick stayed later than scheduled on Monday night to help with the delivery of the car. Overall, excellent service and my family will be visiting Nick again! More

Pain free new car purchase Recently purchased a 2019 Crosstrek from Quality Subaru and had an overall very positive experience. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, without being at all pushy. I went for the test drive on a very busy Saturday around the holidays, was immediately greeted by Brendan Murphy who explained he was with other customers at the time and would take care of me shortly. As I waited I was then approached by Joe Blichfeldt, whom I later found out was the owner, who proceeded to get the car I was interested in brought over for the test drive. Joe took me out for the drive and gave me the grand tour of his recently expanded facility when we got back. Brendan then stepped in to complete the deal very quickly. Brendan and Jack combined on my follow up visit to finish the sale. I'll be back for service and future purchases for sure. Keep up the great work! More
