Subaru Legacy 2012 I am a college student and went car shopping with my parents a couple Saturdays ago. I new that I wanted a white Subaru Legacy. When I was looking at I am a college student and went car shopping with my parents a couple Saturdays ago. I new that I wanted a white Subaru Legacy. When I was looking at the used car lot there were two Subaru Legacys, one blue and one grey. They were both at a very good price, but I did not like the colors. Mike, our salesperson, then told me about a 2012 Subaru Legacy that was white, was just traded in and was in the shop being cleaned. It had a sunroof, spoiler, and tints which were a huge plus. As soon as he brought me to it, I knew I had to have it. Mike Ward then spoke with my father on how we can finance it. Him and Ed Chen helped us so much in the Finance department and did everything they could to make sure I got the car. They were able to get it down to monthly payments that we could afford, which was a huge help. I could not thank the people at Quality Subaru enough for everything they did for me and my family to make sure we were happy and I was able to have my dream car. More

I believe that the ultimate transaction proved to be a "win-win" for both parties; and it is likely that, if I should choose to purchase another vehicle in the future, it will be from this salesperson. Once the sale was finalized, I then dealt with Ed Chen. Normally, finalizing the financial details is tedious and uncomfortable; but Ed Chen made the experience as painless and pleasant experience as possible, and it was in fact a pleasure dealing with him. In the almost 50 years that I have been purchasing cars, this was without question my best experience. More
