RBM of Alpharetta has definitely gained my loyalty because of you and I will certainly purchase again. The customer service just didn't stop with Kyle. The Financial and Service Manager Roberto Manzur, was very professional, comprehensive and on point of what was negotiated for the final sale. At delivery I was greeted by the delivery concierge Martin, who ensured all innovative and technology features were setup. Kyle Edson is highly recommended if you are looking for a new Mercedes! This was my fourth new Mercedes and by far the most enjoyable and easiest purchase experience to date.
