Jeff Twiggs was our agent. I am recently retired, both my wife and I had been in medical sales earlier in our careers and we have bought many new and used cars in our lifetime. I am recently retired, both my wife and I had been in medical sales earlier in our careers and we have bought many new and used cars in our lifetime. Jeff was by far the most knowledgable representative I have ever dealt with in buying a car. There are a lot of different models and options and Jeff seemed to be really up on all, he was able to answer our questions and really new the cars. Both he and all the others we dealt with (finance, customer service, etc.) at RBM of Atlanta were excellent. I never felt pressured and they respected my time and paid attention to what we wanted in a car. The review of the car features and assistance learning about the technology of the car right after we completed the purchase was also great. Definitely the best, least stressful car purchase I've ever made. More

I appreciated her offering the add on options, but not doing the “hard sell” tactic. (hope that does not get you into trouble :)).
