Andrei Bucatari was Awesome! He was professional, very knowledgeable, and provided open communication as work was getting done to my car. John was so wonderful to work with. My husband and I came in to look at one car but then I decided that wasn't the vehicle for me. This is my first Mercedes. I am not savy in Mercedes.
