Had the best experience here that I ever had at any car dealership! Royce was way above any car salesman I have ever had to deal with. He was so easy to talk with and made me feel like I was engaging with dealership! Royce was way above any car salesman I have ever had to deal with. He was so easy to talk with and made me feel like I was engaging with a friendly neighbor! I never even felt like I was making a big purchase such as a car. It was obvious that he wants his customers to feel totally satisfied. Never knew it could be this easy! It started with Mary at the reception desk who was so genuinely sweet, then Royce in sales, and finally, Lisa in finance. She was so unlike any finance person in any car dealership, it was hard to realize I could feel so comfortable during this process, but I certainly did! Finally, we bought our first Mercedes Benz! We love it very much! With Mark Higgs, our sale representative, he has made this transition very smooth. We had a little problem at the beginning with the pre very much! With Mark Higgs, our sale representative, he has made this transition very smooth.
