Our experience with RBM of Alpharetta couldn't have been better! Our neighbor referred us to Rich Alder, our Sales Consultant, because he and his wife were so pleased with the manner in which Rich had hand better! We found Rich to be very knowledgeable and personable. This is our first Mercedes and I have to admit I was a bit intimidated at first, but Rich put me at ease and made the entire experience seamless and wonderful. We were also very impressed with Alivia Ayres, our Product Concierge. She walked us through the set-up of our new Mercedes and was very patient with our questions. All in all, it was perfect! More

Mark Higgs was fabulous to work with when purchasing my new GLE 450. I special ordered the car and he communicated with me over the course of production with an updated status on delivery.
