I’ve been thinking about buying a Mercedes for two years. I reached out to Kyle in 2018 expressing my interest and I’m so glad I did! There was ZERO pressure and a great deal of information provided. This week it was time for me to move forward (my kids are both driving now and I need a different vehicle). I called Kyle and the process could not have gone better. We looked, did a few test drives, discussed numbers/options/scenarios and then we left. Two days later I was ready to purchase my vehicle. Easy, honest, transparent, fast and informative are words I’d use to describe my experience. I left feeling like I got a great deal and I am over the moon excited about my Mercedes!!! Here’s the REAL difference in my car buying experience... I was having trouble programming the garage buttons. I reached out to Elizabeth (the sweet gal that gave me the car tutorial) and she messaged back immediately. Kyle was looped into the conversation and called me asking if he could schedule a time to come to my house to troubleshoot!!! What? Now that is customer service!!!! My husband and I are thrilled with RBM Alpharetta and Kyle. We are sold (no pun intended) on this dealership, Kyle and our vehicle! I highly recommend them! More

I purchased a Pre Owned Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Reza on May 16th, and had a wonderful experience. The car was traded in on a new Mercedes, and looked brand new. After researching our greater Atlanta area, this vehicle was listed at an awesome price even before coming to the table. I test drove the vehicle two times the day before, and came in Saturday morning to move forward with the purchase. I had a set bottom line in mind, and we reached a mutual agreement within 5 minutes of sitting at the table with Reza and the Sales Manager. The finance process was smooth and QUICK! No nonsense and great customer service. I highly recommend them. Love my Jeep! More
