Finance - Poor license plate instructions Finance team does a very good job of cross selling products and warranties but a poor job at communicating the license plate transfer process. As a result of the inaccurate instructions I received, I needed to request a new plate at the DMV which was a lengthy process. This took hours of my time and out of pocket money. More
