Very poor experience, treated rude I drove from Buckhead to your dealership in Alpharetta to take a look at one of your Pre Owned GLE's. I was introduced to Bill Favini by Mary Brown. I drove from Buckhead to your dealership in Alpharetta to take a look at one of your Pre Owned GLE's. I was introduced to Bill Favini by Mary Brown. I took a few minutes to let him know what I was looking for and we began discussing options and available inventory. About 5 minutes into the interaction Bill was handed a post it note by Ms Brown and he excused himself stating there was someone (apparently more important than me) he needed to "say hello to". Now I'm left sitting in his cubicle for several minutes. When he returned he told me that his 1:00 appointment showed up 30 minutes early so he was going to hand me off to another salesman. At that time I politely excused myself and let him know I would just go somewhere else. Not only was that rude and a waste of my time, it certainly didn't make me feel very important to him or your dealership. If I'm treated that way before a sale, imagine how unimportant I would be after the sale. Not a good impression guys. I was particularly surprised to see on your website that Ms. Brown is the Customer Experience Consultant. She should realize how that would make a customer feel. More

Outstanding Experience want to publicly thank Donnie Moore and Kyle Edson of RBM of Alpharetta for their outstanding service and assistance in the purchasing of my friend's want to publicly thank Donnie Moore and Kyle Edson of RBM of Alpharetta for their outstanding service and assistance in the purchasing of my friend's new A220 Mercedes Benz on Saturday, August 31st, 2019.. Donnie is the New Car Sales Manager and did numerous things to make the buying process seamless. Donnie led me to Kyle, my salesperson, who was outstanding in every way. I could actually continue with good things to say about both of them and the dealership, but I summarize my review by stating this: If you’re purchasing a Mercedes, you need to contact Donnie and Kyle. I highly recommend them both. As an aside, I also want to thank them both for everything they did for my friend. The reason that I brought her to RBM of Alpharetta was because of the outstanding guidance and service I received in purchasing my E450 last October.
