Great service department Everyone in the service department is always so friendly & helpful. Today, I had the pleasure of working with Joseph Stieren for Service A on our GLE Everyone in the service department is always so friendly & helpful. Today, I had the pleasure of working with Joseph Stieren for Service A on our GLE. In addition to my service, Joseph was able to help me in changing the air filter due to a foul odor coming from the air conditioning vents. Even though the Service A does not include that, he spoke with the manager to get it changed because of the smell. He was very understanding & very helpful. I am so happy to drive a nice smelling car again—especially since the vehicle is still brand new. The smell was a big issue for me & he was able to solve the problem. More

VALUED AT RBM Just a few short words about my positive experience at RBM Service Department. Van had issues with the AC unit -- not a good thing in the Great Atlan Just a few short words about my positive experience at RBM Service Department. Van had issues with the AC unit -- not a good thing in the Great Atlanta in the sweltering heat. I had to leave my van several days to be worked on. The dealership was kind enough to make arrangement to use a loaner vehicle. I was extremely grateful due to the fact that i have a mobile furniture repair company. I am comforted to know that if there should be anything that goes wrong with my Mercedes Sprinter that they have my back. The Service Advisor who goes by the name, Steve Byrd is a pleasure to work with!!! More

I took my 2019 GLC300 to Joseph Stieren at RBM Alpharetta and the experience was awesome. The dealership did not have the tire in stock, but Joseph had a new tire there by 2pm, provided me with a loaner car to drive to work and I picked up my car after work the same day! In addition, I ended up buying new floormats and a trunk mat as well. Joseph was very helpful in helping me to locate the right fit for my SUV. Thanks for the great experience! More
Joseph Stiren's Customer Service Skills Need Improvement After paying $1,000.00 for my service appointment, I drove off the dealership's lot only to notice that a sensor was illuminated on my car's control p After paying $1,000.00 for my service appointment, I drove off the dealership's lot only to notice that a sensor was illuminated on my car's control panel. When I returned to the dealership and informed my service advisor (Joseph Stiren) of this situation, Joseph told me that he was waiting for me to tell him that my car needed additional services. Isn't the service advisor responsible for advising the customer of their car's service needs? I asked Joseph to correct the problem associated with the illuminated sensor on my car's control panel. He told me that it would take 25 minutes to repair the problem. After the service team completed the work and returned my car to the customer pick-up area, I waited an additional 15 minutes and had to find Joseph to inform him that my car was ready. Upon completion of the service appointment, shouldn't the service team alert the service advisor that the client's car is ready for customer pick-up? After spending an additional $300.00, for a total of $1,300.00 spent today at RBM Alpharetta, my service advisor didn't walk me out to my car and retrieve my key from the service team. I had to ask the service team for the key to my car. This is the second worst experience I have endured at RBM Alpharetta. The absolute worst experience endured at RBM Alpharetta was related to racial comments made to me by Steve Byrd. Due to their close proximity to my home (15 minutes away), I will give RBM Alpharetta one more opportunity to provide quality customer service. IF I have one more negative experience in the service department at this dealership, I will discontinue my relationship with them and will give them a "DO NOT REFER" rating. More
