Completed B Service paperwork, loaner car paperwork and headed back home. Steve called mid afternoon and informed me the mechanic had found a small oil leak at the front of the engine. Repairing required 2.5 to 3.0 hours, no charge, under warranty. I told Steve I would pick up my car the next morning. Steve was busy with a customer and steared me to a customer service lady in the waiting room. We went through my work order, paid and one of the dearship guys had my car waiting for me when I walked out. More

I called to inquire about a vehicle that had the specific options I was searching for. Luckily for me, it was still available. I had the pleasure of making arrangements by phone to test drive the vehicle with sales consultant, Dan Berry, within a couple of hours of placing my call. Dan met my mother and I at the appointed time. I test drove the vehicle and Dan was very informative, pointing out the numerous features the vehicle offered. After returning to the dealership, I decided to purchase this CPO vehicle. I appreciate Dan’s approach, he made me feel comfortable and at ease. He is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, attentive and there was no pressure or haggling. I received a great price on this vehicle. I had financing prior to my arrival, but Dan and the top notch finance department representative, Sharon Thompson, were able to obtain an even lower rate for me. They did an outstanding job facilitating the purchase of my vehicle! Dan has followed up with me since my purchase, and I shall be returning to obtain another hands on to tutorial.
