When I returned for my subsequent service Steve Byrd was assigned to be a service advisor. Lucky me. Ever since then everything has been great from the service to the friendly and professional advice afforded by Steve. I never feel pressured in making a decision about a particular service. I hope RBM/Alpharetta views Steve as a valued member of there staff. More

Stellar Service & Sales After buying our 1st AMG 2017 G Wagon 2 months ago we've had nothing but great service from Randy and the service team at RBM of Alpharetta Funny After buying our 1st AMG 2017 G Wagon 2 months ago we've had nothing but great service from Randy and the service team at RBM of Alpharetta Funny enough our sales person Vadim Russu texted me last week, April 22nd regarding another great AMG 2017 G Wagon they just took in and asked if I knew someone that would be interested. After having a look at the vehicle in person, within 24 hours we had a agreement in place and like our 1st purchase Vadim stayed with us throughout the entire process as he did the 1st purchase 2 months ago to ensure it was seamless. - Indeed it was - Total time at the dealership was less than 1 hour. We've now purchased 2 AMG 2017 G Wagons within 2 months and the overall experience has been stellar! We'd like to thank Vadim and Randy along with Melissa from service for always making us feel like a priority.
