Excellent Customer Service We ordered a 2019 GLC300 Coupe in December 2018 and was provided an expected delivery date of late March or early April. The vehicle arrived earlier We ordered a 2019 GLC300 Coupe in December 2018 and was provided an expected delivery date of late March or early April. The vehicle arrived earlier than expected and is simply beautiful. The vehicle was made to our specifications and we are very pleased! Our sales representative, Kagan Scott, provided the BEST customer service! He consistently kept us up to date on the progress and status of the vehicle to include when it arrived in port! Once it arrived at RBM and a thorough order check was completed we were contacted for delivery! The complete process was seamless. Sharon Thompson was awesome in the finance are too. The paperwork was ready for signatures to finalize the sales. Diane Evans provided an excellent delivery of the vehicles overview! Lastly, Ms. Mary Brown provided the warmest smile as we entered the dealership which was very welcoming! All staff we came in contact with were very customer friendly.
