I let her know I was looking at both new and certified used E300's. I also let her know I would make a purchase in a few weeks. She stayed in contact providing me options to consider when the time was right for me to make purchase. Of all the dealers I had talked to over last few months, Ramona was the only one to do this. So there was no doubt who I was going to buy from. During the actual purchase, I found this process to be pleasant at all times. I have bought many cars in my life, I never had an experience this positive. Thanks Romona! More

Everybody was really nice and accommodating. I gave the dealership 5 stars because i got the Red Carpet Treatment. Even the gift shop was awesome.
