Ramona wanted to ensure that the car was exactly what we were looking for and went as far as to offer to take the vehicle to their shop and put it on a lift so that we could inspect every detail under the car. We left and looked at 2 other cars of the same make and model, but decided to go back to RBM of Alpharetta because of how pleased we were with Ramona. She demonstrated integrity and honesty and was completely transparent which isn't something you find often. More
