Moved up from a C300 to 2019 GLC 300 First of all, Atlanta Classic MB dealership in Duluth is closer to my resident than RBM of Alpharetta, but I chose to travel to RBM in search of my ne First of all, Atlanta Classic MB dealership in Duluth is closer to my resident than RBM of Alpharetta, but I chose to travel to RBM in search of my new Mercedes. This of course was due to the persistence of Ramona Razavi to have interest in making me a satisfied customer. Ramona did extensive research in locating the GLC 300 that I build online on the MBUSA webpage. When the exact trim build was not available, she provided me with several options that were very similar in comparison. When I was not completely satisfied with my options, she found more vehicles. I eventually identified GLC 300 that I loved, but due to my own actions, the SUV was sold upon my next arrival date at RBM. No problem, Ramona began searching again and also informed me they could order GLC 300 with an eta of Jan. Note, I could order a GLC 300. Ramona did not put pressure on me to make a purchase that day or within the next week, which you sometimes have to deal with when in discussion with Sales Rep. In the end I found my smooth riding, classic looking GLC 300 on the RBM property. Traded my C300 in with a big smile. Trade Value and Final price satisfactory.
