Outstanding service!!! We drove for several hours from out of state to view and purchase this vehicle. Everything was handled prior to our arrival; we had been financially approved for the vehicle and our insurance company had been contacted. When we arrived we found our vehicle on the red carpet, with a red bow and wonderfully detailed. The kindness and service of our agents, Kagan Scott and Vadim were exemplary. They went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable and carefree. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and this is the best car buying experience I have ever had and I got an amazing vehicle. Sharon in finance was also awesome. More
Easy buying experience but things went down hill after that I had a couple of issues pop up immediately after purchasing a vehicle. I called and specifically asked to speak to a sales manager. Instead of respec I had a couple of issues pop up immediately after purchasing a vehicle. I called and specifically asked to speak to a sales manager. Instead of respecting my request to speak to a manager, they decided that having the salesman call me back would be acceptable. I didn't hear back from a manager until I eventually sent and email to him directly. Eventually the sales manager got in touch with me and unfortunately things went exactly as I assumed they would. He explained that it wasn't their problem and that it was my responsibility to make sure everything checks out before I buy the car. He even said to me "You know Joshua, maybe you shouldn't have bought the car". Look, I totally understand that I should have done a better job of having things checked out before I bought the car and I told him such. He then told me that the only reason he was willing to speak to me was because I admitted that I hadn't done my due diligence. RBM of Alpharetta claims to be different from other dealerships. Their ads claim that they are a "customer focused" dealership. The truth is that they operate just the same as any other dealer. They are always "working the deal" when they should be taking care of the customer. Making customers happy when everything goes right is easy. It's the was you handle the situation when things don't go so smoothly that really matters and they dropped the ball here. It isn't the fact that they didn't do anything for me that bothers me. It's the way they handled it. More
