The process was great from beginning to end. The car had been prepared beautifully - flawless. We loved seeing it in the showroom when we arrived to pick it up. Lisa was very helpful and well prepared to get us painlessly and quickly through the paperwork. We also do not have a lot of electronics on our cars.
