As Shaeffer patiently answered all my questions, I could sense his professional confidence and in-depth product knowledge. Together, we arranged for a visit to RBM meet face-to-face and to test drive a 2017 Interstate Lounge 4WD. He set aside more than sufficient time to conduct a thorough walk through and test drive. Schaeffer welcomed us with an engaging smile and matching personality. As on the phone, he was absolutely patient in fielding our questions and respectfully ensured we fully understood his responses. Our minds were made up during that visit, but we could not actually order until later in the summer. Schaeffer attended the June 2017 Airstream Dealers Show in San Antonio for the 2018 AI models and updated us on the 2018 model year upgrades for the Interstate . We placed our order for a November delivery and were pleased to accept early delivery of our customized 2018 Airstream Interstate GT 4WD in mid-September. Schaeffer patiently took most of a day for the Pre-Delivery Inspection, systematically working through all the systems. He aggressively addresses any after sales issues with the same fervor he demonstrated before the sale. More

Michael Pietrzak Michael is a terrific at his job . From the moment I walked in, his low pressure laid back manner made me feel comfortable. He is very knowledgeable about every model Mercedes makes and takes his time to go over your needs and wants to make sure you get the right car . I was considering 3 different cars: Jaguar XJL, top of the line, loaded Escalade ESV or Mercedes S 550. I wanted a specific exterior/interior color combo and I wanted new or almost new with extremely low miles . It came down to the long term relationship with the dealership and the sales person . Michael’s follow up was informative and not pushy . He, Neil ( the sales manager ) and Tom who handles the signing and transaction made the decision easy. They are the whole package and RBM Alpharetta offers the best customer service in the business. I’m buying all my cars now through Michael Pietrzak and RBM Alpharetta. They make it easy to find the exact car you are looking for , they have the best deals with even better warranties and they keep their word. I didn’t have to write this review but my experience was so fantastic that I wanted to share it . More
