We felt completely comfortable with each stage of the process and we were never pressured. The professionals there walked us through each feature of the vehicle we purchased. Vadim was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He did additional research to ensure our experience was the best possible and that our needs were met. I have some health issues and Vadim went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable throughout the process and to anticipate needs. I cannot recommend this dealership and this salesperson enough.
