He is really a nice guy and doing a great job of helping us find the car not only we like but also suitable for our needs. When we worked with him, you really don't feel that you are obligated to buy the car, but more like he is helping you to find what you want. We really do not feel the pressure to buy, which made the whole buying a pleasant experience. He also helped us to get the price that can make us smile. He is really a good guy. Actually flew to Atlanta from Kansas City to take delivery on the car and drove it back. They arranged for a car to pick me up at the airport, had my car ready to go when I got there (and it was even more beautiful than the pictures) and greeted me like I was a VIP. Both the salesperson and the sales manager took time with me to make sure I was familiar with the car's features, had all the paperwork ready to go and handed me the keys for my drive home. They also followed up to make sure we were 100% satisfied and made it home safely. Can't say enough kind things about them and will definitely buy additional cars from them in the future - although I'm seriously in love with the one I got - it was worth the drive! More
