We purchased a pre owned GLK and George, along with other people there made sure we were 100% satisfied before leaving with our vehicle. We had our two young daughters with us and they were treated so well too. We've been back to take care of other business and each time we walk in we are treated like family. I'm not sure how we could ever top this experience. And, oh yes, my car is wonderful too and I am certain it was cared for and well maintained since I bought from RBM. Their service is superior.
