Since then I have leased and bought many cars, including Mercedes, Jaguar, Infiniti, from dealerships up and down the East Coast. What I recently learned is that RBM Of Alpharetta, in the words of "The Kimmer", is different than their competition, from the time you arrive at the showroom, learn about & test cars, negotiate a deal and drive away with the keys to your new car. RBM Of Alpharetta "exceeded my expectations" with their southern hospitality. Vadim Russu, Sales & Leasing Consultant, was the consummate professional: he listened; shared his vast product knowledge; provided sound recommendations...all the while making sure my needs were being met. Likewise negotiations with Donnie Moore, Sales Manager, was a "hassle free" experience that was fair and equitable. The lease or buy options were clearly explained and his advise made my decision an easy one. The combination of RBM Of Alpharetta and Mercedes Benz...you can't do better. More

Fabulous experience with Fabian Tafur! Fabian Tafur is an excellent salesman while I was looking to trade in my 2010 Mercedes GLK 350 4-Matic on a used vehicle. He sent me information on Fabian Tafur is an excellent salesman while I was looking to trade in my 2010 Mercedes GLK 350 4-Matic on a used vehicle. He sent me information on two vehicles he suggested and we arranged a date and time to meet at the dealership. He showed me a 2011 Buick LaCrosse that looked in A+ condition. We took it for a ride -- I loved it! Fabian had my Mercedes evaluated while we were out -- it came back less than I expected, but was okay with the figure given. We proceeded to do the necessary paperwork. I wanted to look at the Buick again so Fabian and I went back to it. Fabian showed me more of the features this car has and even set up the car phone to pair with Bluetooth on my mobile phone. There was quite a wait time for all the paperwork to be processed, but Fabian offered drinks to me and made sure I was comfortable. We went out and emptied my Mercedes and took it to my new Buick! He had the car gassed up and detailed for me. The paperwork got finished, taxes and tags were taken care of for me, and I was a happy camper! I thank Fabian for his constant attention and conversation during the wait time. I will definitely ask for Fabian if I ever find myself in need of another vehicle. He's fantastic! More
Service beyond any I ever had Jody Shellenbarger and Teresa Cox provided service above and beyond any expectations. This is even more amazing since my repair was on a sprinter RV, Jody Shellenbarger and Teresa Cox provided service above and beyond any expectations. This is even more amazing since my repair was on a sprinter RV, but not a Mercedes part. I was sent to Mercedes because the deal told me that only Mercedes could fix my Windshield Wiper Motor. Turns out that Winnebago made some adjustment so I was told to go back to an RV dealer to have it fixed. I was getting ready to leave on an 18 day trip and was beginning to think I had to cancel it. Teresa saw my concern and talked to Jody. Jody called the RV dealer and they couldn't give him any good answers, so he call Winnebago direct and got the wiring sent to him in an email. He was able to determine it was a bad motor. He then suggested I call the RV dealer and have them order the part from Winnebago and ship it overnight to RBM. It finally arrived today (ordered last Friday) and Jody had it fixed before we got there to pick it up. The story goes on. On our one hour trip to RBM, we had a flat and managed to put the donut on. I asked if they could fix the flat right away as we were late for an appointment. They did the job quickly and expertly. I have owned at least a 15 different models of Lexus since the first one rolled off the assembly line in 1989. Since I bought so many (sometimes two a year), I naturally got great service from my dealer. Now I am at Mercedes with a Winnebago part issue and my Lexus with a flat tire, but Teresa and Jody treated me like the golden rule. So when I say I got treated better than at Lexus especially with issues not caused by Mercedes, I can only imagine the service I would get if I in fact had a Mercedes problem. Can you?
