Great service, knowledgeable service advisors & salespeople My wife and I have owned 2 Mercedes automobiles (E class and ML class) since 2003. We had both vehicles serviced at RBM in Sandy Springs, GA, and our My wife and I have owned 2 Mercedes automobiles (E class and ML class) since 2003. We had both vehicles serviced at RBM in Sandy Springs, GA, and our service advisor was Dan Berry. When RBM opened a new store in Alpharetta, they moved Dan to that location which was actually more convenient to my home, so we continued having Dan take care of our service needs. Dan was always very courteous and impressively knowledgeable about which services were coming up, so we always felt that he was looking out for our financial interests as well as for the reliability of our cars. Dan has since moved into the sales department, so other RBM service advisors (Carl Denton and Don Retajski) are helping us maintain our vehicles now. The entire RBM staff is courteous and helpful, and they are true professionals. We do not take our vehicles anywhere else for service, because we trust RBM to provide us the best possible factory-trained support. When the time comes for us to buy new Mercedes-Benz vehicles, we will confidently rely on Dan Berry to provide the same level of professional attention to us as he did when he was our service advisor for so many years. As well as Dan knows the cars, I can't imagine buying a Mercedes-Benz from anyone else. More

Service beyond any I ever had Jody Shellenbarger and Teresa Cox provided service above and beyond any expectations. This is even more amazing since my repair was on a sprinter RV, Jody Shellenbarger and Teresa Cox provided service above and beyond any expectations. This is even more amazing since my repair was on a sprinter RV, but not a Mercedes part. I was sent to Mercedes because the deal told me that only Mercedes could fix my Windshield Wiper Motor. Turns out that Winnebago made some adjustment so I was told to go back to an RV dealer to have it fixed. I was getting ready to leave on an 18 day trip and was beginning to think I had to cancel it. Teresa saw my concern and talked to Jody. Jody called the RV dealer and they couldn't give him any good answers, so he call Winnebago direct and got the wiring sent to him in an email. He was able to determine it was a bad motor. He then suggested I call the RV dealer and have them order the part from Winnebago and ship it overnight to RBM. It finally arrived today (ordered last Friday) and Jody had it fixed before we got there to pick it up. The story goes on. On our one hour trip to RBM, we had a flat and managed to put the donut on. I asked if they could fix the flat right away as we were late for an appointment. They did the job quickly and expertly. I have owned at least a 15 different models of Lexus since the first one rolled off the assembly line in 1989. Since I bought so many (sometimes two a year), I naturally got great service from my dealer. Now I am at Mercedes with a Winnebago part issue and my Lexus with a flat tire, but Teresa and Jody treated me like the golden rule. So when I say I got treated better than at Lexus especially with issues not caused by Mercedes, I can only imagine the service I would get if I in fact had a Mercedes problem. Can you? There it was, an ML63AMG just sitting on the showroom floor calling out to me. David Wang and I started talking about the SUV, and before I knew it we were in price negotiations regarding my trade. Yes, I bought it, and the sale couldn't have gone smoother. David is very easy to deal with, and his efforts to get me the most for my trade paid off. This is the 3rd Mercedes I have bought during the past year from RBM Alpharetta, and I will continue to do business with them. The staff is very professional and friendly.
