Exceeded my expectations! This is how car buying should be done. I live several hours away from Atlanta and found a very aggressive CLA lease special listed on RBM's website This is how car buying should be done. I live several hours away from Atlanta and found a very aggressive CLA lease special listed on RBM's website. The fun normally stops there when you ask for a real quote. Not the case with RBM, they clearly listed all of the fees and lease breakdown in the disclaimers. Andrew Cochran promptly contacted me via email with a lease quote. To my surprise, it was presented exactly the way it was advertised. How refreshing. I ended up asking for several additional lease quotes adding nav and additional miles. No problem. My deal was more complex than most. I needed to sell my current vehicle, transport it to another state and fly into Atlanta to pick up my CLA and then drive it home several hours away in another state. There was about a week between finalizing the deal and flying in to pick up my car. A couple of days before I was scheduled to fly in to pick my car up, I emailed Andrew to ask about getting the windows tinted. Was it a problem? Not at all. When I arrived from the Airport, I finally met Andrew and he personally picked me up from a transit station close to the dealership. Now that's customer service. The kicker here is the car I was leasing wasn't likely going to make Andrew a lot of money. It was the lease special after all. Did that make a difference on the level of customer service I received? Not at all. The delivery process for my very first Mercedes was absolutely fun and informative thanks to the amazing Crystal Garrett. RBM had the car I wanted and the most aggressive lease in my area. I have a high volume MB dealership where I live but decided to purchased from RBM several hours away. Why? Deal with Andrew and the RBM staff and you'll see why. It's important to work with someone who listens to questions, finds the correct answers and exemplifies top-notch customer service. My trip home in my new CLA was a pleasant one with my newly installed nav, freshly tinted windows and a few bottles of RBM water. If you are an out-of-state buyer that can't find the service or selection you are looking for at your local MB dealership, give Andrew Cochran and RBM a shot like I did. More

The first car was 6 1/2 years ago and at least 3 times a year he would stay in touch and ask if there is anything he could do for me. So naturally when it was time to look at another MB I went to Steve. Again he was awesome in all ways and made the whole experience great. I had to order the car I wanted as there was a new model year. He gave me updates the entire 3 months and when it was time to deal he was more than fair. He is the best car salesman I have ever had and I have bought over 15 cars. More
Finding my perfect I purchased my first Mercedes from Andrew Cochran in 2013. While my E 350 was a very lovely car, it wasn't exactly a perfect fit for me so earlier th I purchased my first Mercedes from Andrew Cochran in 2013. While my E 350 was a very lovely car, it wasn't exactly a perfect fit for me so earlier this year, I traded it in for the smaller, sportier CLA (I LOVE this car!). Both purchasing experiences at RBM were painless and quite pleasant thanks to Andrew. He was patient and took the time with me to make sure that my new car was exactly what I wanted. I trust and genuinely like Andrew and cannot speak highly enough about all of the folks in the RBM sales and service departments. I would absolutely purchase my next car from Andrew at RBM but hope to hold onto my CLA for many years to come! More
