Not only did I love my car, I didn't want to deal with having to find a replacement. I purchased my first two Mercedes from Atlanta Classic Cars, so naturally, I went back there. I also went to Mercedes of South Atlanta. Both experiences left me wondering why I should remain in the Mercedes family. Atlanta Classic Cars treated me as if me buying an older vehicle was not worth their time and Mercedes of South Atlanta sold the vehicle my salesman said they were holding for me on the day that I was going in to make the purchase. Enter RBM of Atlanta. Steve Szczupak was my salesperson, and from the moment we spoke I knew that no sale would be to small for him, nor did he minimize the fact that I wasn't looking to purchase a new car vs. a replacement of what I already had. My car buying experience was excellent! When I took my car home and a few days later realized my SOS button wasn't working, I was able to bring it in to get fixed, not a problem. I simply LOVE MY CAR way better than my old one. Everything happens for a reason-and I'm more than pleased with my vehicle, my car buying experience, RBM of Atlanta and most of all Steve, who is one of the most enthusiastic, caring salesperson who follows up with his customers to make sure we are ok. Eric has been knowledgeable and helpful with the sales, but just as helpful and just as dedicated to fixing any problems after the sale. RBM's service department has been excellent. At times we've had to have our cars serviced at other dealerships, but RBM's seems to be the best. RBM is very respectful of your time, and their loaner vehicles are always freshly cleaned and waiting for you. More

Our salesperson, Mr. Steve Szczupak immediately put my wife and me at ease with the buying process. Steve was always attentive and sensitive to our needs, never overbearing, and was genuinely helpful in all regards. He has just the right touch in recognizing and addressing customer requirements. He is very technically knowledgeable of Mercedes products. As a result we are now loyal RBM of Atlanta customers and very pleased with our E350. More

My first Mercedes experience, and it was great! I spent 6 months researching on my next car and came to the final list of Lexus IS 350, BMW 328i, and Mercedes C300. I tried the Lexus, which I loved, I spent 6 months researching on my next car and came to the final list of Lexus IS 350, BMW 328i, and Mercedes C300. I tried the Lexus, which I loved, but the dealer was too pushy which kind of turned me off. I had already driven a friend's 328 and I liked it though it seemed too stiff. My third test drive was a C300 from RBM of Atlanta. Boy, wat a great experience it was! I went to the dealership rather late (5:00PM). I was warmly greeted at the entrance and a couple of minutes later the salesman, Gerry Modzelewsky, was there. He didn't waste any time and took me directly for a lengthly test drive. He allowed me to test the car in any way I wanted to, and showed really good knowledge of all its features. His salesmanship was impressive, both because of his knowledge of the product and because of his charm and respectful demeanor. After the test drive I was very impressed, and even though I had not thought of buying the car on that day, I asked Gerry if he could go in detail about the numbers (in particular to make a comparison between leasing and purchasing). Even though it was 7:00PM already and I was not showing interest on buying on that same day, he spent an extra hour clarifying all my questions. To his surprise, I decided to get the car on the spot. To my surprise, all paperwork was done in less than half an hour! During that time I was also introduced to Angel Mercado, their sales manager, who was extraordinarily professional. It was already too late to take the car with me, but we arranged for picking it up on the next day. Again, I was pleasantly surprised by the pick up experience. I arrived late because of traffic (7:00PM, their closing time). I was greeted by Gerry and then he took me to the office of the person that would go over the car details (Ben Montage). I thought this was going to be rushed because of the time, and I was so wrong. This guy was like a professional car reviewer showing me all the features of the car. He spent all the necessary time so I could be familiarized with all features of this fully loaded C300. I finally got my car and cannot be happier about the whole experience. I wish buying a car was always such a stress-free event! More
