He is the most honest, friendliest, patient, and helpful service advisor I have ever worked with my entire life. Seriously, Dennis is the type of person you would invite over to your home for dinner. Taylor was always polite and never pushy while patiently (and I mean PATIENTLY) explaining all the alternatives. He has intimate knowledge of his product and has a talent for emphasizing its benefits while never disparaging the competition. As important to my wife as his help in making the purchase decision has been his after the sale help in learning to operate the CLS's electronic systems. Andrew told me to bring it back. He sat with me many hours and went over the manual. One day I had a problem, and Andrew was off. I went to the service Dept. and they took care of the problem. He was so professional and not pushy and cheesy like most car salesmen (sorry but its just a fact!). He was extremely helpful, always providing the information we asked and never acting pompous or presumptuous. We finally after several months decided on the exact car we wanted and he made it happen. Maybe it is because he is young and not jaded by the "car business" however I can honestly say without any hesitation that I am considering buying another car from him in the near future. He truly made the difference with his professional attitude and genuine friendliness. He is a gem so you better take good care of him there at Mercedes or another car dealership may steal him away because there is a shortage of his type in that industry for sure. The dealership experience itself would most likely have been a pretty typical "car experience" were it not for Andrew. Whomever hired him did a good days work and you need more smart young people working there! Overall I would rate the dealership a B+, Andrew gets an A+ and NO, I am not related to him, I am just a customer that has had so many bad experiences at luxury car dealerships that I had almost given up! I have 2 mercedes (just traded the 2003 ML350 for a new 2013 ML350) and have used the service dept since 2006. They always are friendly and do a great job althought not cheep ( as they say don't purchase a 2013 ML350) and have used the service dept since 2006. Certified, low mileage Kyrus Frames: I had been in the market for a preowned SL 550 for quite sometime when I saw an '08 for sale on the RBM website. Certified, low mileage and in my price range, so I stopped by one afternoon to have a look. Kyrus Frames came out to say hello, showed me the vehicle and suggested that I take it for a test drive, which I did. It seemed to be just what I "thought" I was searching for and, as it turned out, it was! The SL is in like new condition, with low mileage and even my first color choice. Kyrus was and continues to be the consummate professional; attentive to the details, patient with my questions and eager to make absolutely sure he's covered all the bases from start to finish. It is clear to me that he very much enjoys his work and his sincere, down to earth approach are the hallmark of someone you can put your trust & confidence in without hesitation. I have been coming to RBM and have had the pleasure of having Mr. Roberts be my service rep for several years. Each time, I am amazed at the level of service provided, from the moment I call to schedule an appointment to the time I pick up my car. Just to give an example, this week, when I brought my car in for scheduled service, I knew they opened at 7:30 a.m. I arrived at 7:15 a.m. and was not only checked in, had my loaner car, but was on my way to work by 7:35 a.m.! Now, That's service. As a woman, I find Mr. Roberts' explanations of my car's condition informative and helpful. He looks for ways to improve my car's safety and efficiency, as well as save me money. Several months ago my wife bought herself a 2010 Mercedes ML350 (that just came off lease back to the dealer) to replace her old 2005 ML350 which has 138,000 miles on it. We opted to keep the 2005ML for me ML350 (that just came off lease back to the dealer) to replace her old 2005 ML350 which has 138,000 miles on it. We opted to keep the 2005ML for me rather than trade it and do some restoration work on it to get it running and looking good. My wife is a real estate agent and travels l kinds of roads in and around the Atlanta area with clients. The wear and tear on this car in certain areas was pretty brutal inside and out. I set up a meeting with James Roberts, RBM service advisor, to lay out a plan to get the 2005 ML up to date mechanically and the steps that could be ATTEMPTED to get the exterior paint to accept a polish and get the left read door back pounded back to meet the door frame! James provided me with an estimate of the cost to bring the car up to a level that he thought I would accept. In addition, James made a recommendation to me to buy lambs wool seal covers for the front bucket seats to match the interior colors which would make the ride more comfortable and be cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter as the car does not have heated seats. I left with a loaner car with James promising to stay in touch with me on any issues. In two days James called to tell me my "new" car was ready. I arrived at the dealer and was met by James and we went to his office to cover the work that was performed. James advised that they had tried their best on the paint on the hood but could not quite get all of the discoloring out around the sides and the side door was as flush as he wanted it but it was the best they could do. We went out to see the car and I could not believe my eyes as the car looked brand new inside and out!!!! As soon as I recovered we went back inside to pay the bill which ended up being only $1860.00 thanks to a 10% discount on all service work performed in May! Needless to say I am a very happy client and James Roberts is one of the best service advisors at RBM!!!! Quality work performed by professional people who clearly know their business. Thanks James!
